Ceara (‘Kira’) is the CEO of Pencil & Paper and is a self-proclaimed ‘enterprise UX’ nerd. Ceara uses systems thinking from her biology degree to design for complexity in digital experiences. Her company aims to make UX more accessible to more people, set Enterprise-level UX standards and grow a design practice which brings the best out of everyone involved.
