With her understanding of large-scale enterprise software solutions, she currently focuses on driving design consistency and unification across product portfolios. Shell worked in design consulting for over 8 years, where she helped many top-tier brands across industries, such as Walmart, Coca-Cola, strengthen their web and mobile presence. Prior to IBM, She also led design work at Lexisnexis to leverage AI and other emerging technology to increase legal workflow efficiency.
Adrian Jones is currently a Design Executive at IBM. He has a leadership focus on the end to end user experience of administration and management within hybrid cloud platforms. He is also responsible for driving quality and consistency into the user experience across software solutions through reuse of innovative design patterns and components. Adrian has had a multi-decade career in Enterprise Software IT and has led teams in Development, Support and Customer Engagement. Adrian finds delight in learning and delivering new technologies while optimizing and simplifying the user journey associated in mastering them.
